We're recruiting a RoRo Freight Sales Executive to join a well-established, independently owned freight forwarder with a strong reputation across RoRo, project cargo & global logistics in Southampton, Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities
Manage & develop key customer relationships
Identify & win new business opportunities
Prepare competitive quotations for RoRo & Out of Gauge (OOG) shipments
Work closely with operations to deliver tailored logistics solutions
Oversee bookings in line with company SOPs
Ensure high levels of service across the full shipment lifecycleThis is a commercial, client-facing role where your industry knowledge will directly impact revenue growth.
What we're looking for
Proven experience in RoRo freight forwarding (essential)
Strong background in sales & account management
Experience handling Out of Gauge (OOG) cargo
Solid understanding of import/export & shipping processes
Ideally need to currently manage your own customer accounts
