This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years' freight forwarding experience who wants more responsibility, exposure to international operations, and clear progression opportunities within a supportive, well-structured business.

The Role
As part of the Road Freight Customer Solutions team, you'll be responsible for:
Managing end-to-end road freight shipments
Acting as a key point of contact for customers, providing first-class service
Coordinating with internal teams, hauliers, and overseas offices
Handling quotes, bookings, and documentation
Proactively solving customer and operational challenges
About You
1-3 years' experience in freight forwarding (road freight experience preferred)
Ambitious, motivated, and keen to progress your career
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organised, detail-focused, and commercially aware
