Are you an experienced Retail Supervisor with a passion for fashion, customer service and supporting a successful team?
We're recruiting for a Retail Supervisor in Petersfield for an established fashion and lifestyle retailer. This is a great opportunity to take on a key role within the store, support the management team and help deliver excellent sales performance and customer service.
Offering 30 hours per week, this role would suit an experienced retail supervisor or a strong retail sales assistant looking for more responsibility and the opportunity to develop their management skills.

The Role
As Retail Supervisor, you'll support the management team with the day-to-day running of the store, helping to drive sales, maintain high standards and ensure every customer receives an excellent shopping experience.
You'll be responsible for:
Supporting the management team in achieving sales targets and retail KPIs
Supervising and motivating colleagues on the shop floor
Leading by example to deliver outstanding customer service
Helping customers with product advice, features, benefits and stock availability
Supporting team training, coaching and development
Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and store presenta
