The Role
As Retail Supervisor, you will support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, helping to motivate the team, deliver strong commercial results and maintain high retail standards.
You'll play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience while ensuring the store operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager with the daily running of the store.
Lead, motivate and support the retail team to achieve sales targets.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, stock presentation and store operations.
Support with stock management, deliveries and replenishment.
Assist with team training, development and performance.
Take responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence.
Help drive sales, maximise commercial opportunities and achieve KPIs.
About You
Previous retail supervisory or team leadership experience.
A passion for customer service and a hands-on approach to retail.
Confident leading, motivating and supporting a team.
Commercially aware, with an understanding of retail KPIs and sales performance.
Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and a willingness to lead by example.
