We are a leading main contractor specialising in retail fit-outs, refurbishments, deployments, and maintenance across the UK and ROI. We partner with many of the largest retailers in the UK and Ireland, focusing on delivering nationwide rollouts of the latest retail technology and complete store fit-outs we contribute to making shops smarter and improving shopping experiences through innovative products and services.

We are looking to recruit 2x National Project Scoping Operatives to join our team. The role is essential in capturing accurate information from retail stores and garages etc that enables our projects to be delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for visiting client sites across the UK and Ireland, gathering detailed data, and ensuring it is recorded electronically to support project planning, stock ordering, and delivery. The successful candidate will work at pace, often under their own supervision and initiative, representing StrongPoint professionally at all times. This position provides national coverage and will require extensive travel across the UK and Ireland, including regular overnight stays away from home as we complete projects nationwide. The role offers flexible working; however, working hours must align with project demands to ensure all surveys and scoping information are captured ahead of installations.

You will report directly to the Labour Supply Chain Manager and will play a key role in completing site surveys, project scoping, and attending project handover meetings to support Project Managers and ensure a smooth transition from planning to delivery.

Skills and Requirements
• Full clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the UK and Ireland
• Flexibility to stay away from home frequently due to national project requirements
• Ability to work independently, at pace, and under minimal supervision
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple sites and deadlines
• Good level of English, both written and spoken, to meet the communication demands of the role
• Strong numeracy skills, with the ability to support stock related requirements
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders
• Comfortable using mobile technology and electronic data capture tools
• Detail focused, ensuring accuracy in all information collected
• Adaptable and able to work across a variety of retail environments and project types
