We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to lead and elevate operational excellence across a diverse European retail network. Based in Paris, this role has regional scope and impact, supporting stores across more than 15 countries.
You will take full ownership of retail operations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and high standards across all locations while partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver commercial and operational success. This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership role requiring strong project management capability, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across varied markets.

Key Responsibilities
Retail Operations Leadership
Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of retail operations across Europe
Drive consistently high standards across both shopfloor and back-of-house environments
Lead store maintenance and facilities management to optimise client and team experience
Ensure full compliance with local regulations, particularly Health & Safety across multiple markets
Build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
Manage operational budgets, ensuring effective cost control and efficiency across the region
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing operations team across Paris and other European locationsProjects & Network Development
Manage and support retail projects including store openings, refurbishments, relocations and pop-ups
Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and legal requirements relating to store projects
Conduct regular retail audits covering operational procedures, security, and cash management
Partner with stock and merchandising teams to support inventory management and key KPIsSkills & Experience
Proven experience in Retail Operations, ideally within a luxury or premium retail environment
Strong leadership experience managing remote teams across multiple countries
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong knowledge of European Health & Safety and operational compliance requirements
Commercially astute with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
Advanced Microsoft Office and presentation skillsLanguage Requirements (Essential)
Fluent French and English (spoken and written) - essential
Additional European languages are highly desirable and welcomeProfile
