About the Role
We're recruiting Advanced Team Leaders to manage retail merchandising teams delivering store openings, reflows and closures for major national retailers including Sainsbury's, Boots and B&Q. You'll lead a team of minimum wage workers through full store footprint remerchandising projects, working hands-on alongside them throughout.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team on-site to remerchandise entire store footprints
* Oversee stock dressing and stock replenishment
* Manage store systems, including scanning stock in and out of location
* Handle equipment profiling (e.g. peg tin, shelving) — full builds not required
* Manage shelf point-of-sale and shelf-edge price ticketing
* Manage team performance and behaviour in person, addressing issues as they arise
* Act as the customer-facing point of contact on-site
* Work hands-on alongside the team to deliver projects to standard and on time
Person Specification
Essential:
* Strong people management experience, ideally including managing behavioural or performance issues face-to-face
* Resilient, well organised and a confident communicator
* Comfortable with physical work and hands-on delivery
* Willing and able to travel extensively, including overnight stays
* Willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
Desirable:
* Previous experience as a Retail Duty Manager or similar
* Full UK driving licence (drivers receive an additional £5 per shift)
What We Offer
* Competitive hourly pay, up to £14.32/hour
* Travel and accommodation paid
* Additional £5 per shift for drivers
* Consistent work for core team members across c.44 weeks of the year
