A welcoming and supportive children’s care home in SW19 is looking for dedicated Residential Support Workers to join their growing team.
This role is ideal for individuals who are caring, resilient and passionate about helping young people thrive in a safe and positive environment.
Duties Include:
• Providing emotional and practical support to young people
• Encouraging positive behaviour and independence
• Supporting with activities, routines and appointments
• Creating a safe and nurturing home environment
• Working closely with senior staff and external professionals
• Maintaining safeguarding standards at all times
Candidate Requirements:
• Previous care or support work experience preferred
• Passion for supporting children and young people
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work shifts including evenings and weekends
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
