🏡 What’s the role all about?

As a Peripatetic Residential Child Practitioner, you’ll work across multiple residential homes, stepping in where you’re needed most. You’ll:

✨ Create safe, nurturing environments where children feel valued
✨ Build positive, trusting relationships through great role modelling
✨ Support children’s emotional wellbeing, education, and life skills
✨ Act as a keyworker and help shape care plans and risk assessments
✨ Work collaboratively with professionals, families, and agencies
✨ Promote safeguarding, equality, and high standards of care—always

We’d love to hear from you if you:

✔ Have experience working with children or young people
✔ Have a full UK driving licence
✔ Are resilient, adaptable, and calm under pressure
✔ Understand safeguarding, equality, and child development
✔ Are happy to work flexibly across different homes

Bonus points if you’ve worked with looked-after children, disadvantaged young people, or in an Ofsted-regulated setting.
