Change a Child's Future – Join Our Therapeutic Children's Home

Be the person who helps a child feel safe, valued and hopeful again.

Are you passionate about making a genuine difference in the lives of vulnerable children? Do you want more than just a job—you want a career where every day has purpose?

At The Farmhouse, our therapeutic children's home in Great Haywood, Staffordshire, we provide a safe, nurturing home for up to three children aged 5–12 who have experienced significant early-life trauma.

Using our unique Prep4Fostering model, we help children heal, grow and develop the confidence and emotional resilience they need to move into loving, long-term foster families.

This is your opportunity to become part of a close-knit, supportive team that truly changes lives.

*

Ongoing support and guidance from our dedicated Clinical Psychologist.

A supportive management team who value your wellbeing and career progression.
