We are seeking a compassionate and professional Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to join our care home team on night shifts. You will be working with a supportive and dedicated team, delivering person-centred care to our residents and ensuring their safety and wellbeing throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care during night shifts.

Lead and support care staff, ensuring safe and effective practice.

Administer medication and maintain accurate records.

Assess, plan, and implement care plans in line with residents’ needs.

Respond to emergencies and ensure a safe, calm environment at night.

Promote dignity, independence, and respect for all residents.
Requirements
*
NMC registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD).
*
Previous experience in a care home or similar healthcare setting desirable.

Ability to work autonomously on night shifts.

Excellent clinical and communication skills.
