Class 1 Personnel are looking to speak with Registered Managers to take the reigns at a beautiful Residential Care Home, part of a cluster of units located in the Crowthorne Campus.
Residential Managers holding a Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social care have many paths open to them, right?

Looking after people who are experiencing complex leaning disabilities by leading a team, developing and implementing care plans, managing Active Support principles, promoting a safe environment for all, liaising with families and care providers all whilst ensuring best practices and legislation is adhered to with one eye on the pennies.
This package offers £40-43k pa with all the usual holiday, SSP, pension stuff along with a Blue Light Card and access to a great personal care package.
37.5 hours per week across the 7 days.
