Location: Woking, Surrey
Salary: £40,000 – £42,000 per annum + £150 per on-call
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (Full Time)
Driving Licence: Required

We are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead a growing domiciliary care service supporting over 40 private clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a service that is expanding rapidly, with real potential for career progression as the branch continues to grow.

The Role

As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring compliance, quality, and continuous improvement. You will be supported by an established Deputy Manager and a dedicated office and care team.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading, motivating, and developing the care and office teams

*

Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and preparing the service for inspection

*

Promoting a positive, open, and inclusive workplace culture

*

Overseeing recruitment, supervision, and staff development

*

Building strong relationships with carers, clients, and stakeholders

*

Maintaining high standards of care delivery and safeguarding

*

Supporting the on-call rota approximately once per week (£150 per on-call)

About You

Essential:

*

Experience within domiciliary care

*

Management or supervisory experience

*

Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Strong knowledge of CQC regulations

Desirable:

*

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care

*

Experience leading a service through CQC inspection

*

Budget management experience
