About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead and develop a successful homecare service. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensure CQC compliance, and drive continuous improvement to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and support the care team

Maintain compliance with CQC standards (“Good” or higher)
*
Manage recruitment, training, and retention of care staff
*
Oversee scheduling and quality assurance
*
Support business growth and meet commercial targets
*
Participate in the on-call rota
Requirements:
*
NVQ Level 4 or QCF Level 5 in Social Care (or working towards)
*
Proven leadership experience in care management
*
Strong understanding of CQC regulations
*
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
*
Full right to work in the UK
