We are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager on behalf of a growing domiciliary care provider with a small, established branch in Crawley.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up, or a Registered Manager looking for a new challenge, to take ownership of a branch with clear potential to grow and develop.
The Role
As Registered Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered in line with CQC requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Overall operational management of the domiciliary care branch
* Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and standards
* Staff recruitment, supervision, and development
* Managing care quality, audits, and continuous improvement
* Building strong relationships with service users, families, and professionals
* Supporting business growth and service development
The Ideal Candidate
* Currently a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within domiciliary care
* Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
* Confident leader with good people-management skills
* Ambitious, proactive, and keen to help grow a service
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (working towards/ or willing to)
