If you’re an experienced domiciliary care leader ready to take ownership of a new, high-volume service, this Registered Domiciliary Care Manager role offers the opportunity to build and lead a growing branch delivering around 1,500 hours of care per week, with a salary of £35,910 per annum.

As Registered Domiciliary Care Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the service, leading from the front on quality, compliance, and workforce stability. This is a permanent, full-time leadership position with real accountability and scope to shape how care is delivered locally.

About the Company
You will be joining a well-established home care provider delivering regulated domiciliary services at scale. The organisation combines strong central infrastructure with local autonomy, enabling each Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to build a sustainable, high-quality service rooted in their community.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the day-to-day management of a domiciliary care branch delivering community-based care.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a skilled care workforce aligned to service demand.
• Maintain full compliance with CQC standards, internal quality frameworks, and contractual requirements.
• Oversee staffing levels, rotas, budgets, and operational processes to ensure safe care delivery.

About You
• Experience managing or leading regulated domiciliary care services as a Registered Manager or equivalent.
• Strong working knowledge of CQC standards and statutory care requirements.
• NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care, working towards it, or willingness to complete it.
