We are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Care Manager to lead our branch team, deliver exceptional care services, and drive operational excellence.

About the Role
As Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the branch, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain regulatory compliance, support business growth, and build strong relationships with customers, families, healthcare professionals, and local stakeholders.
You will play a key role in developing a positive culture where both customers and colleagues can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing care team, creating a supportive and positive working environment.
Ensure customers receive outstanding care services, including domiciliary and live-in care.
Maintain full compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and quality standards.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence across all aspects of service delivery.
Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, local authorities, GPs, and community partners.
Work collaboratively with internal departments to deliver excellent outcomes for customers and colleagues.
Monitor branch performance, manage budgets, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
Support regional business objectives and share best practice across the wider organisation.
What We're Looking For
Essential
Passion for delivering exceptional care and supporting people within the community.
Experience leading, motivating, and developing successful teams.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets and key performance indicators.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements, quality standards, and compliance processes.
Strong organisational and planning skills.
Confidence using technology, systems, and performance data to support decision-making.
Experience working with external partners and stakeholders.
Flexible, resilient, and solutions-focused approach.
Desirable
Experience within the health and social care sector.
Previous experience in a management role within care services.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or willingness to work towards this qualification).
Knowledge of CQC regulatory requirements and inspection frameworks.
