The confidence to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Experience managing KPIs, budgets and overall business performance.
Strong organisational and planning skills.
An understanding of quality, safeguarding and regulatory compliance.

A flexible and adaptable approach.
A genuine passion for people, care and delivering positive outcomes.
Care Experience
Previous experience within the care sector or a related environment would be highly desirable.
Ideally, you'll have previous management experience within care and a good understanding of relevant regulatory standards, including CQC or CIW requirements.
A Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Care would be advantageous. However, if you don't currently hold the qualification but have the right experience and are willing to work towards it, you will also be considered.
A Great Place to Build Your Career
This is more than simply an opportunity to manage a care branch.
You'll be joining a large and successful organisation with the resources, structure and ambition to continue growing.
