Are you an experienced and motivated Registered Care Home Manager looking for your next opportunity? We’re seeking a passionate leader to manage a well-established medium-sized nursing home in Cranbrook, Kent. As the Registered Manager, you will lead by example—ensuring excellent clinical standards, full regulatory compliance, and a culture of compassion and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide effective leadership and day-to-day operational management
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical governance standards
* Oversee and review person-centred care and nursing plans
* Motivate, mentor, and develop a skilled multidisciplinary team
* Manage staffing levels, budgets, and resources efficiently
* Build positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
* Promote the home locally and support occupancy growth
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a nursing or residential care setting
* NMC registration (active or previous) preferred
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills
* Strong understanding of nursing home compliance and person-centred care
