We are looking for a Clinical Registered Manager to join our nursing home and lead a team of 60 dedicated and caring staff. This is an exceptional opportunity for a qualified nurse with strong leadership skills to progress their career and make a genuine difference to the lives of residents, families and staff. The successful applicant will have at least 3 years experience of managing a nursing home. Essential Skills.

* Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with a valid NMC registration.

* Minimum 3-year within a nursing home setting.

* Proven experience in a Registered Manager role.

* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, clinical governance and safeguarding requirements.

* Passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care.

* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and inspire teams.

* Confident in managing clinical performance, quality standards and regulatory compliance.

* Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

* Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with a valid NMC registration preferred

Responsibilities

* Leading the day-to-day management of the nursing home and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

* Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements and all relevant legislation.

* Overseeing clinical governance, audits, risk management and quality assurance processes.

* Managing staff recruitment, induction, training, supervision and performance.

* Ensuring safe medication management and effective clinical practices throughout the home.

* Developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.

* Monitoring occupancy, quality outcomes and service performance to support the home's success.

* Investigating incidents, complaints and safeguarding concerns, implementing actions to improve services.

* Promoting a positive, inclusive and supportive culture for both residents and colleagues.

* Driving continuous improvement initiatives to achieve the highest standards of care and resident wellbeing.

* Participating in the on-call rota and providing leadership during emergencies or operational challenges.

* Managing occupancy, staffing, budgets and clinical governance
