Salary: £56,500 + Outstanding Bonus Scheme (OTE £100k+)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the day-to-day operations of the home

Maintain excellent CQC compliance and high-quality care standards
*
Support, develop, and inspire the care team
*
Oversee staffing, occupancy, budgets, and resources
*
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and professionals
*
Represent the home locally and support continued occupancy growth
Requirements:
*
Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a residential or nursing home
*
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
*
Strong leadership and communication skills
*
Proactive, organised, and passionate about exceptional care
What’s on Offer:

£56,500 base salary

Exceptional bonus scheme:

£1,500 per month for maintaining target occupancy
*
£1,000 per month for each additional occupied bed
*
Realistic OTE over £100,000
