Are you an experienced and motivated Registered Care Home Manager looking for your next opportunity? Key Responsibilities:
* Provide effective leadership and day-to-day operational management
* Ensure full compliance with regulatory and clinical governance standards
* Oversee and review person-centred care and nursing plans

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a nursing or residential care setting
* NMC registration (active or previous) preferred
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
* Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills
* Excellent understanding of compliance, clinical quality, and person-centred care
