We're recruiting on behalf of an employee-owned business with an outstanding reputation, a loyal customer base and ambitious plans for future growth. They are now looking for a Regional Sales Manager to develop relationships, drive sales performance and help shape the future direction of the South East region.

This isn't a role for somebody who wants to simply maintain accounts.

We're looking for somebody who enjoys identifying opportunities, opening doors, building relationships and creating long-term commercial success.

The Role

As Regional Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and developing an established territory whilst identifying new opportunities for growth.

Working closely with the Sales Director, you'll play a key role in increasing revenue, strengthening customer relationships and helping the business achieve ambitious regional growth targets.

Responsibilities will include:

Managing and developing existing customer accounts
Identifying and winning new business opportunities
Building relationships with contractors, consultants and end users
Developing strategic account plans
Monitoring project pipelines and market opportunities
Producing sales forecasts and activity reports
Working closely with internal teams to maximise customer satisfaction
Representing the business at customer meetings and industry events
