Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet annual revenue targets

* Implement strategies to support growth in a competitive and evolving market

* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

* Understand client needs to prepare and present tailored technical and commercial proposals

* Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts and activity reports

* Work closely with internal teams to support seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction

* Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends and identify new business opportunities

Required Qualifications

* Master’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related technical discipline

* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales role (junior profiles welcome)

* Fluent in German and English

* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills

* Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region

Preferred Skills

* Experience within environmental technologies, industrial solutions, or related sectors

* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of an international team
