Refrigeration Engineer

Salary – up to £24 Per Hour

* Door to door Pay

* 40 hour week

* Overtime Payed at x1.5 and Sundays at x2

* No call out

* Area covers – Yorkshire area

Key Responsibilities:

Install, assemble, and commission commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems (e.g., cold rooms, chillers, freezer systems, HVAC units).

Carry out pipework installation, pressure testing, and leak detection.

*

Install refrigerant and glycol lines, electrical connections, and control systems.

*

Ensure compliance with F-Gas, health and safety, and environmental regulations.

*

Conduct system start-ups, performance checks, and commissioning tests.

*

Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related technical issues.

*

Liaise with project managers, clients, and contractors to ensure timely completion of installations.

*

Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any modifications.

*

Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers or apprentices.

*

Adhere to company quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
