The Opportunity

Due to recent project wins in the Healthcare sector, the company is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join its Healthcare team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated QS to work on complex, extremely high-value Healthcare schemes while developing both technical and client-facing skills in a supportive consultancy environment.

You will work closely with senior colleagues, gaining exposure to project leadership, client management, and progression routes towards Senior QS level and beyond in a highly supportive and flexible environment.

The Role

As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in:

Delivering pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services across Healthcare projects
Preparing cost plans, feasibility studies, procurement strategies, and risk assessments
Supporting contract administration, change management, and financial reporting
Working under NEC contracts (essential)
Liaising with clients, clinical stakeholders, and design teams
Contributing to commercial management and project delivery from early stages to final account
Supporting and strengthening client relationships
Working collaboratively within a growing Healthcare project team
The Candidate

The ideal candidate will bring:

A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
Consultancy / PQS-side experience
Experience in Healthcare, public-sector or complex built-environment projects 
Experience working on Capital Projects
Experience 
Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills
MRICS status or working toward it (full support provided)
Experience with NEC forms of contract 
Ambition to take on increasing responsibility, including client-facing and leadership opportunities
