Quantity Surveyor Construction

Due to more new porjects our client are looking for a Quantity Surveyor, they need either a well experienced QS or an SQS for their Merlin Way, Swindon Site (predominantly based on Site).

The role will involve looking after the commercial aspect of Project: - Populating Monthly report (CVR / DES) - Submitting client AFP - Carry out project procurement - Assess supply chain AFP and compiling final account - Costs control and driving up value - Mitigating project risks - Maximising cash collection

We are looking for candidates, who:

* Can commute to our client's offices in Swindon

* Experiennce with NEC contracts

* Experience of large infrastructure/construction projects.
