The Opportunity
This is a hands-on commercial leadership role, not a box-ticking QS position.
You’ll:
* Lead commercial strategy and financial control across varied construction projects
* Work directly with directors, project teams and clients — your input genuinely shapes decisions
* Influence procurement, contract strategy and risk management
* Take ownership of commercial outcomes from start to finish

About You
* Proven QS experience within construction (Senior / PQS level ideal)
* Strong commercial and contractual confidence (JCT, NEC or similar)
* Client-focused, proactive and commercially sharp
* MRICS (or working towards) highly desirable
