Intermediate MEP / Construction Quantity Surveyor

The Role

We are seeking an Intermediate MEP / Construction Quantity Surveyor to support live projects across commercial fit-out and high-rise residential developments in Central London. This is a delivery-focused role working closely with project and commercial teams — not a pre-construction position.

Key Responsibilities

* Commercial management support on live MEP and construction projects

* Dealing with applications for payment, valuations and cost reporting

* Carrying out take-offs and estimating for variations and ongoing works

* Assisting with subcontractor accounts and cost control

* Supporting the commercial team through project delivery to final account

* Maintaining accurate financial records and forecasts

Requirements

* Experience as an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor within MEP and construction

* Strong commercial fit-out and/or high-rise residential project experience

* Good construction awareness with an understanding of MEP packages

* Comfortable learning and using new computer systems (training provided)

* Organised, commercially aware, and able to work within a live project environment
