Aspire People are recruiting **Psychology Graduates** to work within primary schools, supporting pupils with **SEND, SEMH, Autism, ADHD, and additional learning needs**.
Your degree can provide a strong foundation for working in education, giving you an understanding of child development, behaviour, communication, emotional wellbeing, and how individual needs can affect learning.

**The Role:**
* Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis
* Helping children develop emotional regulation and positive behaviour
* Supporting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs
* Delivering interventions and learning activities
* Building positive relationships with pupils
* Working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals
* Helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and resilience
**We're Looking For:**
* A degree in Psychology, Child Psychology, or a related subject
* Genuine interest in working with children
* Passion for SEND and inclusive education
* Patient, resilient, and empathetic approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
