Psychology Graduate – SEN Support Assistant
Guildford | Specialist Primary & Secondary Schools | ⏰ Full-time (Term-time)
Passionate about mental health and supporting young people? We’re hiring Psychology graduates to work as SEN Support Assistants across Surrey schools, supporting pupils with SEN and SEMH needs.
The Role
Provide 1:1 and small group support
Support pupils with ASD, ADHD, trauma, and emotional regulation needs
Use positive behaviour strategies
Work closely with teachers and SEN staff
Help create a safe, structured learning environment
About You
Psychology degree (or related field)
Strong interest in SEN, child development, and mental health
Patient, resilient, and empathetic
Experience with young people (desirable, not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
