Manchester | Full-Time and Part-Time | Immediate Starts

Are you a Psychology graduate ready to dive into hands-on experience with children? Looking to build a pathway into Educational Psychology or behaviour support? This is your chance to make a real impact in Manchester primary schools.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups with learning, behaviour and confidence
Using your psychology knowledge to assist children with SEN, SEMH, ASC and ADHD
Helping implement behaviour strategies and positive routines
Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams
Creating a supportive, nurturing environment where pupils can thrive

What We’re Looking For

Psychology graduates (or related fields)
Interest in child development, behaviour or SEN
Empathy, patience and strong communication
A proactive, energetic approach
Keen to build experience for an Educational Psychology career

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
