SEMH / ASC Specialist School

We are seeking a motivated Psychology Graduate to support pupils within a small nurture class (up to 5 children) in our SEMH / ASC specialist school.
This role is ideal for a graduate with an interest in child psychology, autism and emotional regulation, looking to gain hands-on experience in a specialist setting.
The Role:
Supporting pupils within a small nurture class alongside the teacher
Providing emotional, behavioural and learning support
Using trauma-informed and autism-aware approaches
Supporting EHCP targets and individual plans
Helping create a calm, structured learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
Psychology graduate (or related degree)
Experience or strong interest in SEMH and ASC
Calm, patient and resilient
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
