Are you a Psychology graduate looking to gain hands-on experience supporting children and young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Tradewind Recruitment are working with an Alternative Provision in Preston seeking a motivated graduate to join their dedicated team.

What You'll Do:

Support students with complex learning, communication, and behavioural needs

Deliver targeted interventions to build emotional regulation and social skills

Work alongside the SENCO, therapists, and teachers to implement support plans

Promote positive mental health and wellbeing in a nurturing environment

Observe, record, and analyse pupil progress and behaviour patterns
