What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs).

Supporting emotional regulation, behaviour management and resilience-building.
*
Helping pupils develop communication skills, confidence and independence.
*
Delivering targeted interventions with teachers and SEN specialists.
*
Monitoring progress, observing behaviour and contributing to support plans.
