Your Role

Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support

Essential Requirements

A degree in Psychology or a related field
Previous care work experience (must have) – such as support work, healthcare, or residential care
A genuine interest in mental health, behaviour, and child development
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Emotional resilience, patience, and empathy

Desirable (but not essential)

Knowledge of autism, SEN, or behavioural interventions
Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals
Interest in pursuing further training in psychology or therapy

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
