We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Support Administrator to join our growing Fire & Security team in Isleworth.

Supporting the delivery of projects across CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, Fire Detection & Alarm Systems, Intercoms, Gates and Barriers, you will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Clients and Subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to Project Managers and project teams.

* Maintain project documentation, drawing registers and filing systems.

* Issue drawings, specifications and project documentation.

* Manage document revisions and version control.

* Coordinate project meetings and support project reporting.

* Liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.

* Update AutoCAD drawings and maintain revision histories.

* Produce as-installed and as-built drawings.

* Assist with O&M manuals and project handover documentation.

Essential Skills & Experience

* Previous experience in a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator or Document Control role.

* Working knowledge of AutoCAD.

* Strong administrative and organisational skills.

* Experience managing documentation and version control.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.

Desirable

* Experience within the Fire & Security, Construction or Engineering sectors.

* Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms and Fire Alarm systems.

* Experience producing as-built drawings and O&M documentation.
