Ganymede are working exclusively with an organisation that is providing a new innovative safety software system across the Transportation and Civil Engineering sectors. The organisation is currently seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a major technology rollout across the UK.
About the Role
As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of project and programme planning, coordination, and assurance, providing structured delivery support across the organisation. This will include training delivery, stakeholder engagement, and on-site support.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the entire delivery programme from planning through to completion
Manage and coordinate work across multiple streams
Develop schedules, track progress, and oversee day-to-day delivery
Guide the implementation teams in supporting system training
Produce clear written updates, reports, and client-facing documentation
Identify risks, issues and dependencies early and take ownership of resolutions
What We’re Looking For
Proven Software Project Manager experience within the Rail / Civil Engineering industry
Operational change within safety‑critical environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised, structured, and methodical
Practical, solutions-focused approach — able to resolve issues before they escalate
Comfortable using project management tools (e.g., MS Project)
Requirements
This role is covering the UK, most employees work from home, and occasional site visits when implementing the software
Full UK driving licence
Able to manage people, process, and delivery with confidence and clarity
What’s on Offer
Salary up to £60,000 + Milage + 25 days holiday + bank holidays, 37.5 hours a week, Statutory Pension scheme
