A growing construction consultancy is looking for a Project Manager to join its team, working predominantly across industrial and new-build developments alongside selected commercial property projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who wants to take ownership of their own commissions while developing their experience across a strong pipeline of new-build schemes.

The Project Manager will lead smaller projects independently while supporting senior colleagues on larger and more complex developments. This Project Manager role would suit an ambitious Project Manager who enjoys responsibility, regular client interaction, and working across projects from inception through to completion. The successful Project Manager will join a supportive consultancy where professional development is encouraged, with APC support available for those working towards chartership.

You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.

The Project Manager will predominantly work across industrial and new-build developments, alongside a selection of commercial property projects.

The Project Manager will manage projects through pre-contract and post-contract stages, taking responsibility for programme management, consultant coordination, procurement, contract administration, risk management, project reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

The Project Manager will chair client and project meetings, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, monitor contractor performance, and ensure projects remain on programme and within budget. They will have the opportunity to independently lead smaller commissions while receiving senior support on larger developments.
