The Project Manager will take ownership of live projects while supporting the wider growth of the team. For an ambitious Project Manager, this role offers the chance to build a strong profile within the office and progress as the Project Management team expands.

The Project Manager will lead the delivery of smaller-value projects from early stages through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors.

Responsibilities will include managing project programmes, coordinating consultant teams, attending client and site meetings, monitoring progress and risk, preparing reports and ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed cost, quality and programme objectives.

The Project Manager will also work closely with senior colleagues to take over and manage existing project responsibilities as the team continues to grow.

You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
