Project Manager Construction

Our client are one of the UKs largest energy and infrastructure companies are looking for a Project Manager for their BESS site in Leeds. The Poject manager will have strong commercial accument and at least 5 years experience on large energy infrastructure projects.

Successful candidates will have:

* National Grid Substation build experience – including workable knowledge of NG SRs, Rules, EPC / M&E Framework

* Proven leadership on Design and Build projects, managing cross functional teams

* Excellent stakeholder management skills engaging with clients and suppliers

* Qualification in construction / engineering and / or relevant experience Strong commercial experience with NEC contracts

* Demonstrated ability to manage risk and opportunity

* Strong regulatory knowledge including HSWA, CDM, EAWR etc.

* Experience managing budgets with history of delivery to time and cost

* History of using Project Management software

* Full UK Driving licence
