Project Manager – Clonee, Ireland
Salary: €95,000–€100,000 + Benefits

We are representing a leading international engineering and construction contractor delivering complex mission-critical projects for some of the world's largest technology and enterprise organisations.
The business has a strong track record across Data Centres, Advanced Technology, Life Sciences and Critical Infrastructure, with a major portfolio of projects across Ireland and Europe.
They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take responsibility for the successful delivery of technically complex projects within a major Data Centre environment in Clonee.
Key Responsibilities
* Take overall responsibility for delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.
* Manage project programmes, milestones, costs and overall delivery performance.
* Produce weekly and monthly reports covering progress, schedule performance, baseline variance and costs.
* Manage project registers and maintain visibility of project status, risks and actions.
* Lead project teams and coordinate subcontractors, vendors and technical stakeholders.
* Ensure subcontractors are appropriately vetted, approved and adequately resourced.
* Establish execution plans, safe systems of work and project delivery strategies.
* Carry out regular site inspections to ensure works meet agreed scope, programme and quality requirements.
* Monitor subcontractor performance, progress, resources and invoicing against agreed milestones.
* Manage contract budgets and provide regular internal and client-facing updates.
* Support delivery across multiple projects and sites where required.
* Travel internationally when required to support wider project delivery.
Technical Experience
Strong understanding of critical Data Centre infrastructure, including:
* Transformers, generators and fuel systems.
* MV/LV switchgear and electrical distribution.
* UPS systems, battery banks and ATS/STS units.
* PDU systems and critical power infrastructure.
* AHUs, chilled water systems and cooling infrastructure.
* Fire alarm and fire suppression systems.
* Pre-action sprinkler systems.
* Data Centre electrical and mechanical infrastructure.
* Data Centre upgrade and modification projects.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' Project Management experience in a similar environment.
* Professional Project Management qualification and/or relevant trade qualification.
* Proven Data Centre or Mission Critical project experience.
* Experience managing electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects.
* Experience delivering Data Centre upgrade, modification or technical projects.
* Strong vendor and subcontractor management experience.
* Good understanding of Health & Safety risk assessments and control measures.
* Strong commercial awareness and experience managing project budgets.
* Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
