Clarkson Owens Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading developer/contractor to appoint a Senior Project Manager / Project Director for a major upcoming development in Aberdeenshire.
This is a long-term opportunity, with the initial running for three years. The first phase will involve the delivery of a large-scale mixed-use development, comprising low-rise residential flats and retail complexes.
To be considered, candidates must have proven experience operating at Senior Project Manager or Project Director level, with a strong track record of successfully delivering large construction projects from inception through to completion. Ideally working in projects in the North East of Scotland.
