Programmed Work Caretaker
Job Purpose:
1. Responsible for ensuring that cleaning of housing properties meets or exceeds the agreed standards and frequencies to internal and external areas of the council estates.
2. To contribute as an effective and collaborative member of the Estate Services Team.
Qualifications and Professional Membership requirements:
* A reasonable level of literacy and numeracy
* Appropriate valid UK driver’s licence
Experience
* Experience of working with the public in a service delivery environment
* Experience of carrying out basic cleaning tasks
