Responsibilities

* Manage the entire lifecycle of clothing production, from initial design to finished product

* Coordinate with design and production teams to develop timelines and production plans

* Ensure products are produced on time and are of good quality

* Monitor production issues and implement solutions promptly

* Implement quality control measures

* Manage and oversee staff, fostering a positive environment and ensuring team members are motivated and productive

* Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

* Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations

* Report on production activities and performance

Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Clothing Production Manager or similar role

* Strong understanding of clothing production processes

* Knowledge of quality control standards and health and safety regulations

* Excellent organizational and leadership abilities

* Strong communication and negotiation skills
