Production / Kitchen Operative – Temporary Role

We are currently recruiting for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a busy fresh fruit production team in Gravesend on a temporary basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced food production environment, supporting the preparation and packing of high-quality fresh fruit products supplied to major retailers nationwide.
Our client specialises in delivering convenient, seasonal food packs to market. As award-winning prepared fruit specialists, they are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, freshness, and food safety throughout the production process.
Shift times may include:
* 7am – 2pm
* 7am – 4pm
* 8am – 8pm
Duties Include:
* Packing fresh fruit products into containers
* Preparing and handling fruit products on production lines
* Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the factory
* Following food safety and health & safety procedures at all times
* Working efficiently as part of a busy production team
* Wearing company protective clothing, including hair nets and safety footwear, to prevent contamination
Requirements:
* Previous experience within a food production or factory environment preferred
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to follow hygiene and safety procedures
