Group Product Marketing Lead
£45,000 - £50,000 | Longfield, Hybrid | Permanent
As the Product Marketing & Campaigns Lead, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising product marketing launches and global campaigns. Working closely with product management, sales teams, international subsidiaries, and external agencies, you will oversee end-to-end product launch processes and deliver multi-channel campaigns that support growth, visibility, and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end product launch processes
Develop and execute global omni-channel marketing campaigns
Create compelling marketing collateral (ads, landing pages, videos, case studies)
Conduct competitor tracking and intelligence reporting
Support digital marketing with web, email, and social content
Line-manage the Product Marketing Executive and oversee campaign budgets
Person Specification
Marketing degree or CIM qualification
Proven marketing experience, ideally within international markets
Strong project management skills and ability to multitask
Confident working with product management and engineering teams
Experience delivering social media and digital campaigns
Creative, proactive, and able to make decisions under pressure
