About the Role – Permanent Role – Part Time (3 days per week)
Enrichment Education is recruiting a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher for a primary school in the London Borough of Redbridge. This permanent, part-time opportunity is suited to a qualified teacher who can deliver high-quality EYFS provision in a nurturing, inclusive and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver creative, differentiated learning in line with the EYFS statutory framework.
* Support development across the seven areas of learning, including early literacy, phonics and numeracy.
* Create a safe, inclusive environment that fosters independence, curiosity and positive behaviour.
* Observe, assess and record progress, using findings to inform teaching.
* Adapt provision for children with SEND and those learning English as an additional language.
* Build effective relationships with parents, carers, colleagues and support staff.
* Follow safeguarding, health and safety and school policies; contribute to team activities as appropriate to contracted hours.
Essential Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Experience in Early Years or primary education and strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
* Ability to plan engaging and inclusive learning experiences.
* Excellent classroom organisation, communication and teamwork.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare.
Desirable Experience
* Teaching Nursery or Reception and delivering systematic synthetic phonics.
* Supporting pupils with SEND and using early years assessment effectively.
