Location: Crawley & Surrounding Areas Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Days Salary: Paid to scale (M1–UPS3) or £130–£150 per day Hours: School hours (typically 08:30 – 15:30)

What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
Creating positive, inclusive, and well‑managed learning environments
Adapting quickly to different school settings and year groups
Supporting pupil progress and maintaining strong behaviour standards
Working collaboratively with school staff and following school policies
What We’re Looking For
UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in primary settings
Strong classroom management and adaptable teaching skills
Reliable, enthusiastic, and confident working across different schools
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Ability to plan, deliver, and assess lessons independently when required
