The Role
Smile Education is recruiting Primary Teachers with QTS to support schools across Grimsby. We have a range of supply and long-term teaching opportunities available across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
This role is ideal for experienced teachers, ECTs, or educators returning to the classroom, offering flexibility, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work in a variety of supportive school environments.
You’ll have the chance to teach across different year groups while maintaining a strong work–life balance and showcasing your teaching skills to local schools.
What You’ll Do
Deliver engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2
Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils
Maintain positive behaviour and classroom engagement
Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Recent experience teaching in primary schools
Strong knowledge of the primary national curriculum
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
